The Stats section contains a link to Google Analytics (website visitor statistics etc), Site Replies (log and backup of any submissions to your site's contact form), and Replies Stats (stats about how many replies you are getting over time).
Google Analytics is available to all clients, and logs visitor numbers and other information about popular content. It can be an extremely useful tool, and is used to provide the data for the marketing reports Harmony write. Clients can view their stats via Google Analytics at any time, and more detailed help is provided with our Google Analytics Guide, linked from the page within myHarmony.
You will have to log into Google Analytics, but your username and password is provided on the page within MyHarmony for your convenience. If not, please contact support@harmony.co.uk
This is an archive of all replies sent to your website. By sending your contact form via MyHarmony, you have the added benefit of a backup of all the emails, and also spam filtering to prevent robots and irritating spam getting through.
Replies are grouped into year in the top right hand corner of the screen, and can be downloaded as a CSV file (Excel) by clicking on the Excel icon.
Lists the number of replies by month for the last 12 months as a histogram. Hover over the orange bar to view how many replies were logged.
